Remote Sensing of the Land Surface

Minimum Requirements

The course addresses young scientists of different fields and disciplines such as environmental scientists, physicists and ecologists who are interested in learning the techniques and fundamentals of the terrestrial remote sensing. Target participants are PhD students and early-stage researchers (e.g. post-doctoral researchers), who will benefit from the interdisciplinary approach offered by this course. The course will offer an introduction and in-depth study in various topics of remote sensing relevant to interactions between the land surface and the climate system.
